You already know something is off. Most people who've been through a real estate transaction feel it. The process moved fast. The advice felt thin. At some point, it stopped being about you.
Reframe Realty isn't a response to bad agents. It's a response to a broken system — and to the millions of people that system has underserved. We are a team of independently accomplished real estate professionals, operating across all 50 states, who chose to practice differently. Not because it's a better marketing angle. Because it's the only way we're willing to work.
Let’s TalkBuying or selling a home is the third most stressful event in a human life. Right behind death and job loss.
The research is consistent on this. And yet, the real estate industry has spent decades pretending otherwise — dressing the process in excitement, urgency, and momentum, while the people inside it quietly absorb one of the most significant financial and emotional experiences of their lives.
We're not here to pretend it isn't stressful. We're not here to tell you it'll all be fine. We're here because we think you deserve an advisor who actually understands what you're moving through — and who has the experience, the discipline, and the commitment to walk alongside you through all of it.
The excitement is real, too. There is nothing quite like finding the right home, or accepting the right offer on a home you've loved. We honor that. What we won't do is let that excitement — or that stress — push you into a decision you weren't ready to make.
Balance is the work. It’s what most agents don’t do. It’s what every Reframe advisor is trained to provide.
We’re the team you call when you don’t want to feel like you’re working with a real estate agent.
That isn't a slight against the profession. There are extraordinary agents in this country — patient, ethical, deeply knowledgeable people who genuinely care about the people they serve. We know, because we recruited them.
The problem has never been the people. The problem is the system they were trained in, which rewards speed, volume, and commission over clarity, care, and genuine counsel. A system that gives consumers very little protection and very little time.
Reframe was built outside of that system on purpose.
Consultants. Advisors. Advocates. Educators. Four roles. One standard. Most agents practice none of them fully.
Consultant
A consultant's job is to help you figure out if you should make a move at all — before anyone picks up a pen or schedules a showing. We begin every relationship in consultation: mapping your financial picture, your timeline, your real priorities, and your readiness. Not to qualify you as a lead. To protect you from making a decision you weren't ready for. There is no pressure in this phase. There is no pitch. You might finish a consultation with us and decide to wait a year. If that's the right answer, that is exactly what we'll tell you.
Advisor
An advisor anchors every recommendation in fact, not feeling. We use live market data, verified comparables, and honest analysis to tell you what is actually true about a property, a market, a price, or a negotiation — regardless of whether that truth is what you want to hear. We do not inflate expectations to win a listing. We do not downplay problems to save a deal. We tell you what we know, what we don't know, and what the data says. What you do with that information is always your decision.
Advocate
Advocacy begins the moment you are in contract. As your representing agent, we carry a fiduciary obligation to you — and we take that word seriously. We disclose everything material. We negotiate in your interest, not in the interest of closing quickly. We show every property that fits your criteria, regardless of what the listing pays us. We will never allow our compensation to steer our counsel. Your outcome is the measure of our performance — not the speed of the transaction.
Educator
You should be the most informed person in your own transaction. That's not the way it usually works. Most buyers and sellers go through the entire process feeling vaguely like they're being managed — handed documents, guided through steps, and closed before they fully understood what happened. Every Reframe advisor is committed to reversing that dynamic. We explain the process, the documents, the tradeoffs, and the risks — in plain language, at your pace. You will never be rushed past something you don't understand.
These are not agents who joined Reframe because it seemed like a good opportunity. They joined because they were tired of being asked to operate in ways they didn’t believe in.
Reframe is that system.
Every agent on the Reframe team is independently accomplished. Top 5% of the industry. Seasoned professionals with years — in most cases, decades — of market experience across the country. They didn't need this team to succeed. They chose it because success without integrity was starting to feel hollow.
The real estate industry trains agents to work in specific ways: move fast, create urgency, close deals, and move on. There are excellent agents who have spent their careers quietly working around those instructions — doing right by their clients anyway, at personal cost, without a system that supported them in doing so.
When an agent joins this team, they're not adopting a new marketing strategy. They're joining a community of professionals who have made the same commitment: to put the consumer's understanding, readiness, and long-term wellbeing above everything else. Every time. Without exception.
The behavioral psychology and mental health principles that inform how we train our agents are not incidental to what we do — they are foundational to it. We understand that the people we work with are navigating one of the highest-stress events of their lives. That shapes how we communicate, how we pace our counsel, and how we define success.
Partnership isn’t a word we use in our marketing. It’s the standard we hold each other to.
How you treat someone through a difficult process is as important as the outcome you achieve for them. Possibly more.
We are a team that operates across all 50 states, which means the people who carry the Reframe name are as diverse as the markets they serve. What holds us together is not a brand standard or a company manual. It is a shared conviction that the consumer deserves better than the industry has historically given them.
Our advisors hold each other accountable to that standard. They challenge each other, support each other, and share knowledge freely across markets and time zones. When a client in Oregon needs insight from Georgia, that conversation happens.
This is what it looks like when agents decide to stop competing and start actually serving people.
When a disaster takes your home, the last thing you should have to navigate alone is what comes next.
Reframe advisors across the country work specifically with families displaced by wildfires, floods, hurricanes, and other natural disasters. This is not a program. It is a commitment — to show up in the hardest moments and help people find their footing when everything has been turned upside down.
